VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
KELLY HARTLEY
Kelly Hartley is Vice President of Shared Services for Lone Star Analysis and has served in corporate leadership since 2012. She is responsible for all aspects of program and project management delivery, facilities, security, contracts and quality assurance.
Prior to joining Lone Star Analysis, Ms. Hartley served as a Senior Program Manager for Aria Solutions, focused on implementing large technology programs for financial institutions including Royal Bank of Canada. Previously, Kelly was a Program Manager for Convergys, focused on managing the integration and operations of hosted service solutions for JP Morgan, the largest client of its type within the company. Additional experience includes program and project management for Capgemini Energy and Verizon Communications implementing large-scale technology solutions.
Kelly has over 25 years of demonstrated success in large scale project and program management in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Energy and Consulting markets. Her career has been focused on leading the delivery of complex, mission critical solutions that enable high returns on investment.
In executing these programs Ms. Hartley has led diverse teams ranging from small and local to large and global in nature.
Ms. Hartley was born in El Paso, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Florida Atlantic University. She and her husband, Matthew, live in Dallas, Texas and have two dogs. Ms. Hartley is an active supporter of numerous animal charities including the ASPCA, Doberman Rescue, and Doris Day Animal Foundation.
